Women’s Immersion Retreat

Women’s Immersion Retreat

August 8-10

Spirit Bird Sanctuary - Near Bragg Creek

There are seasons in a woman's life when something begins asking for her attention.

Not because she is lost or broken.

Because something within is ready to be heard.

Many women carry roles, responsibilities, expectations, and identities they have faithfully tended for years. Few are offered a space to set them down long enough to listen for what is true beneath them.

This two-night women's immersion is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space of intentional pause, inquiry, ceremony, and connection.

Held within an intimate circle at Spirit Bird Sanctuary near Bragg Creek, we will gather to explore what is asking to be acknowledged, what is ready to be released, and what becomes possible when we create enough space to truly listen.

  • Retreat Grounding - Connect to orient, attune and explore the details of our shared work

  • Wayward Chefs - Nourishment as medicine - organic, intentional food thoughtfully crafted to support your journey

  • Solace Strength + Wellness - Guided embodiment practices to ground insight into the body

  • Medicine Ceremonies - A tender dismantling of the barriers to remembering

  • Ongoing Community Integration - A living continuum of deep personal work, held and supported by our community

There will also be space for silence, rest, nature, and the unexpected wisdom that often arrives when we stop searching and begin listening.

This immersion is particularly suited for women navigating transition, carrying significant responsibility, tending others, or sensing that something essential within themselves is asking for attention.

The weekend will include:

Spirit Bird gatherings are intentionally kept small to preserve the intimacy and relational integrity of each container. Because of this, spaces are limited and early registration is encouraged.
